Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid booking, confirmed reservation, ticket, pass, badge, official registration, hotel reservation, or travel arrangement.
If any separate offline service arrangement is discussed in the future, the applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and service terms should be provided separately before any payment is made.
